Product Registrations
Untitled Document
SuperBio® products are registered across the United States as soil amendments,
soil additives and fertilizers. The registration category depends on the state
& product(s) registered in that state.
SuperBio®
SoilBuilder also has been approved by the Washington State Department of Agriculture
(WSDA) as a fully organic soil amendment. The product is suitable for use in
Certified Organic growing operations in agriculture, turf, and horticulture
applications. WSDA provides organic certifications under the auspices of the
USDA's National Organic Program.
There are no limitations on SuperBio®'s application to food crops, animal
feeding operations or home and commercial lawn and garden care, as the products:
- Are free of human and animal pathogens. Quality control performed at the
plant, and by third party laboratories, assures that the product is not harmful
to people or animals. The product and process is audited by United Agri Products
(a Conagra company) twice a year to ensure its safety for use in agriculture.
- Contain no genetically altered or modified organisms. The microbial product
is derived from naturally occurring soil microorganisms common around the
world. The manufacturing process extracts the microorganisms that are beneficial
to soil health, and essential to productive and healthy plants.
- Promote natural and healthy plant growth. The products enhance soil health
by improving soil conditions and allowing better conversion of plant nutrients.
No genetic modifications to plants occur in this process the plant
is simply maximizing its growth potential.
The products have been applied in over 350 tests on more than 25 crops, as
well as turf and remediation applications. In all of these tests, there has
not been a single case of animal or human health concern.
The SuperBio® RT and RTX products are approved by the Department of Environmental
Protection (DEP) for the state of Florida, one of the few states requiring registration.
The DEP requirements include certification that the products are not harmful
to people, animals or the environment; and that the products do not contain
genetically modified organisms.
