AMS is a fully-integrated manufacturer of proprietary products derived from microbial
base stocks and fermentation extracts. The trade secret manufacturing processes, catalytic systems and processes and formulations are the result of over four decades of continuous development; and make the SuperBio
® line of products unique for its consistent efficacy
and product stability.
Microbiological plating, fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) analysis, metabolic profiling,
production batch management and traceability, lab and field assays on soil and plants
and collaborative university studies are but a few of the steps we take to ensure product consistency.
Every batch of AMS products is subject to stringent batch controls. Chain of custody
procedures are followed for all samples taken from our production process – whether
the samples are tested internally or by independent labs, or both. In addition, samples
are maintained for extended periods of time – some in excess of seven years – in order
to support long term studies of stability and viability of the unique AMS formulations.
Production capacity at the Pilot Point, Texas facility is in excess of several hundred
thousand gallons per month; with monthly blending and packaging capacity in excess of
60,000 gallons. The production facility and our fully-equipped laboratory are well positioned
to support custom blending, new product formulation, compatibility analysis and/or private
label business.
