Management Team
As a senior partner for Gemini Consulting and A.T. Kearney, he has led both industry and consulting service practices on a global basis, and has delivered programs of transformational change to his large, global client accounts. Mr. Lanciault has established a superior track record of client service on issues related to vision and strategy development, e-business strategy, corporate and business unit transformation, shareholder value management, executive development and large-scale business process reengineering. His clients have included ExxonMobil, Chevron, Johnson & Johnson, Caterpiller, Petroleos de Venezuela, Gulfstream Aerospace and DuPont-Dow Elastomers. Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Lanciault spent 11 years in the Defense Electronics industry — first managing Material Control functions in the U.S. Air Force and later leading manufacturing programs for system design and development at Texas Instruments. Mr. Lanciault holds a MBA from the University of Dallas in Dallas, Texas where he graduated with highest honors. His undergraduate degree is from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
