Darrell W. Bevelhymer is a Vice President of Business Development for Tenaska, Inc. Mr. Bevelhymer has over 20 years of experience in the electric utility industry and brings deep expertise in the areas of complex deal flow, deal structure and industrial applications.

Daniel J. Valentino is the former CEO of Gemini Consulting, and a founder and principal of 3degrees Holdings Inc., a strategic consulting and venture management service. Mr. Valentino is an expert of corporate growth strategy, as a consultant/advisor to the "Fortune 50" and as an operating executive (having directed Gemini Consulting and its' predecessor from $26 million to over $700 million in revenue over a ten year period).

Haddon Winckler is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Folsom Properties, Inc. Mr. Winckler is responsible for all accounting procedures, financial statements and banking practices of the various Folsom companies, in addition to having ownership in many of the companies. Haddon is a Certified Public Accountant.

J. D. Woodward is a Senior Vice President of Atmos Energy, and President of Woodward Marketing. He is a member of the Atmos Energy executive team and oversees the development and execution of strategy for the non-regulated businesses. Mr. Woodward holds a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law and a BBA.
